Ansel on East Coast Time

We have been on the east coast for a week now. Ansel had a little trouble adapting his sleep schedule to the new time but seems to be back to normal. He loved his time in Vermont. At each meal he would sit by the window in his high chair and watch the cows in the field. If they weren't there, he would say, "moo," and point out the window. He also loved watching the tractors mowing the field, swimming in the pond and crawling on the grass.
We managed to miss many picture opportunities. However, he did crawl into my suitcase after pulling out most of my clothes. Here is a snapshot.


We are now in the Boston area. Ansel had his first subway ride on the T. He loved it.


Today we took Ansel to Nantasket beach which is like the Coney Island of the Boston area.
This is my favorite picture of the day. He was looking over the wall at the ocean with Jeremy. So thrilled.

Ansel tried fried clams and had his first ride on a merry-go-round.


Ansel got a ride at the end of the day from Uncle Jared.
