Three Months Old

Ansel turned three months old yesterday. He can definitely hold his head up by himself and can sit up if propped up with pillows. He is changing all the time. His favorite toy is an octopus that we clip onto the car seat. He puts the rings that hang in the legs into his mouth. He is putting everything he can into his mouth. He is reaching for toys now, too.
Ansel saw his first lunar eclipse last night. It was between 2 and 5a.m. so when Ansel woke up to feed at 2:45 I woke up Jeremy and the three of us went out into the night so see the partial eclipse. We were too tired to wait the 10-15 minutes needed to view a total eclipse. Ansel has felt a lot of earthquakes recently. One today and one two nights ago that woke us up.
Ansel is adapting to my new schedule. Grandma Valerie and Granddad Ron take good care of him while I am at work. He takes his bottle well and is napping better.
