Afternoon on the yard

After Ansel's two hour nap (yeah!) we ventured out into the backyard to play. We have a lovely yet unused, shared back yard. It does not get much sun. This afternoon there was sun on half the grass. So we found a sunny spot, laid down the blanket and sat a while. Ansel had his snack and explored. He pointed at the tree every time the wind blew it. He looked for the source of the noise when a plan flew overhead. We listened to the birds chirp and the wind blow. It was very nice and I look forward to spending time out there this summer. Maybe Jeremy will post his story about the blowup pool in the backyard from last summer.
