Busy Saturday

Ansel had his first soccer class. We all had fun. I loved watching him run around and watch the coach and other kids. They played red light/green light, stacked cones and balls and then kicked the ball among other activities. He did pretty well following directions and waiting his turn. He pretty much had a smile on his face the whole time.
Ready for soccer class:

Team cheer!

After class we attended a birthday party at Oakland's Fairyland, a place I have been going to since I was a child. This was Ansel's first time there and he was so excited he ran from one attraction to the next. He did stop long enough to attend the birthday party.

This is from last weekend. Ansel and I went to Ardenwood Farm's Rail Fair. We rode on a real train and saw a lot of model trains. There were old tractors in the barn, huge ripening pumpkins in the fields, a jazz band, and farm animals.

Here is Ansel fixing his bike. We gave him a few small tools and he got to work.
