Expressions

Ansel has two new sayings. "You do that and then DINGO!" What does Dingo mean? "It is an expression. It means you do it really great" I'm paraphrasing here as I don't remember his exact words but that is the kind of thing he said. and he did say expression. we have been talking about expressions a lot, as in, "Ansel, I am going to kill you if you do that again." That one needed explaining. Bad mommy I know but sometimes....
The other "expression" he has is, "Is that as beautiful as 100 elephants?" or "Is that as great as 100 elephants?" Don't ask me where it came from. I guess 100 elephants is quite something to be compared to.

Amalia has a few words which seem to do double duty. "Mo"(more) can mean I want more but also I want to eat or I want that. She is getting better about using the sign for eat. "Daddy" is Daddy but there is another word which is almost indiscernible which means Ansel.
"Mama" is mommy. She signs all done, eat, more, banana and tries to do cheese. She also tries to sign train. Cheese, train and banana end up all looking the same. She signs bath and says woof for dog. she is getting good at imitating words we say. she also makes car noises and shark growls when playing with those toys - so cute.
