There have been a few instances when I wish I had my camera in arms reach but didn't feel it was safe to go get it or wouldn't have time. Like when Amalia was playing with the old salad spinner and put it on her head. Or today when she was crawling on the ground out back playing with the plum blossoms.
I love how literal Ansel is. He banged his forehead on the doorjam and got a good goose egg. I offered him a piece of chocolate to make it feel better and he pointed to the boo-boo and asked, "Do I put it (the chocolate) here, mommy?" Of course I explained that he could eat it.
We've had some crazy February weather - 70's last weekend. We were able to do some great outside play. Jeremy is building a play kitchen for Ansel ( and eventually Amalia). Then Ansel helped me dig holes to sink the planter box into.
