Ansel is very much into his fireman hat right now. When he first got it he refused to put it on. Funny how kids change. He is going through some weird (weird to me) phases. He has always taken a bath and all of a sudden he doesn't want to. I can get him to stand in it now but he won't sit. Then he has been telling us that he has a wet diaper and wants us to change it all the time. Yes, we change him when the diaper is dirty but not always every time. He can go a couple hours until needing a change. His favorite word is "no."
I let go of all my anal-ness this morning and took him out to roll his truck through puddles (in the gutter), splash in his shoes and pick up dirty sticks. He loved it and got muddy and wet.
Jeremy is turning 40 tomorrow. We celebrated last night an Ansel helped blow out the candles.
Ansel falls asleep cuddling with his lovey. He is so cute. He loves to play on our bed too. Especially if it means jumping on us.
